Care Of Our Brain

Exercise your brain. Do brain teasers, word searches, and read a lot. Keep learning new things.

Fuel your brain. Eat good foods. Do not eat a lot of junk food. Eat things like bread, rice, and other foods from the food pyramid.

Drink lots of water.

Protect your brain. Wear a helmet when you go biking and when you go roller blading, too. When you swim, make sure you know how deep the water is before you dive.

Rest your brain. When you sleep, your brain is still working. It is putting all of the things that you think of in the day together.
