When he was ten his mother and father passed away. He went to live with his brother. He would walk long distances just to here a musician play.

Bach wrote over 1200 compositions. He was also a very good organ player. During his adulthood he married twice. The first time he married his cousin. Her name was Maria Barbara. He then married Anna Magdalena. He had 20 children in all. Two were named Johanna and five were named Johann. He died at age 65 of a stroke. |
