When he left home he worked at a drugstore. His boss had a guitar that Woody played. People gave him ideas for songs. He played on the radio and at political meetings. He composed songs such as "This Land is Your Land", "I Ain't got no Home", and "The World is not my Home." He died at age fifty-five. |
