Michael earned a scholarship to the University of North Carolina. He was the college player of the year for the 1983-1984 season. In 1984 he led the United States basketball team to a gold medal at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles. He did not finish college. The NBA drafted him. Michael played for the Chicago Bulls for many years. The Bulls won 6 NBA championships. He played professional baseball for two years. His dad, who was murdered, had loved baseball. He is considered the greatest player of all time. |
