It is operated through a partnership between the Park Nicollet Foundation and St. Louis Park Public Schools. It is staffed by Park Nicollet physicians. No appointments are necessary, the clinic operates on a first come, first served basis. If an interpreter is required, please call in advance in order to have one present at the time of your visit Services offer at Central Clinic include: Treatment for acute illness and injuries Well-baby checks and shots Immunizations Camp and sports physicals Mental Health counseling by appointment, 952-928-6813 Required annually: a completed, written consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
