Please fill out the Application for Educational Benefits. Your student may request an application at the school, or you may call 952-928-6146 with your name and address to have an application mailed to your home. Calculating Income Include all adults and children in the household, whether related or unrelated. Include household members temporarily away from home, such as a college student. Include gross incomes (before any deductions). Except - Only for farm and self-employment incomes, use net income after business expenses. A loss from farm or other self-employment must be treated as zero income.
