Guidelines for determining if your child is well enough to attend school are as follows:
The administration of medication in school will only be done with written permission by a physician for prescription medication, written permission of a parent/guardian for over the counter medication. The medication must be in the original container. This includes medication necessary for a temporary condition as well as for ongoing medical diagnosis. Medication that is not FDA approved will not be administered in school. Physical Education If you child has a health problem that limits participation in physical education class, you must send a note. They may be excused for no more than three days upon parent request.
