You will be creating a PowerPoint slideshow to make the connections between MUSIC, INSTRUMENTS AND THE CULTURE of a country you choose. Because the time is so short, the process we are using is very directed.Directions for exploring your country/countries:
1. Log in
2. Register to create playlists
3. Select country to explore
4. Find information listed on “Exploration Sheet”
5. On Exploration Sheet, write down information
a. Where information can be found on the website
b. Title of songs
c. Names of instruments
d. Websites which will help you create your powerpoint
e. Other information that will help you complete your project
6. Choose a country that has enough information to complete your project
Directions for beginning your powerpoint presentation:
1. Download powerpoint
2. “Save as” to your account
Directions for section 2 - instruments
1. Search for instruments
2. Copy picture into powerpoint presentation
3. Classify instrument
4. Type info about instrument
5. Repeat process for 3 different instruments
You must include a bibliography on the last page of your PPT
