Welcome to St. Louis Park High School! I look forward to working with all students and families in the coming school year to build a foundation for a successful future in college or career!

St. Louis Park High School is guided by our district strategic plan, which states that we believe that a high quality education creates opportunities throughout an individual's life.  This core value guides us as we strive to make all students ready for their post secondary experiences.

The 2019-20 school year will mark my 20th year in education and my 6th year as Principal at St. Louis Park High School. It is my sincere honor to serve the students, parents, staff and community of St. Louis Park Public Schools. I look forward to visiting with you at a school concert, conferences or athletic event in the coming year.

Over the years, our curriculum has been updated to reflect the changing needs of our learners and to ensure that they are college and career ready. Throughout the registration guide, you will see the exciting course options available to high school students in the coming year!

As stated in our district core values, “Life long learning is essential to the individual's quality of life and the vitality of the community”, our academic and enrichment courses provide options for all learners in multiple interest areas. Students will learn about the world within and outside of St. Louis Park.  They will build connections between academic content areas. And they will become caring and thoughtful young adults as they chart a course for their future.

On this registration website, you will find everything you need to chart a course for academic success in the coming year! Please be thoughtful as you select your courses as the possibilities abound. What interests you? Where would you like to expand your talents?  What courses will prepare you for your future?

St. Louis Park High School enrolls approximately 1,500 students annually in Grades 9-12; and much like St. Louis Park, we are proud of our small town feel with “big city” resources, connections, and experiences. We pride ourselves on being inclusive, welcoming and respectful to all who enter our school.

To our parents and guardians – high school is an exciting time for students and families. We are here to support you at every step! We have a robust Counseling Office with counselors assigned to each grade level to provide academic support as well as social-emotional resources for students and families.

St. Louis Park High School has a long and treasured history, including a long list of notable graduates. As Principal, I am committed to the success of all learners, and I look forward to working with your student and family in the coming year.

    Mr. Scott Meyers, Principal
