This form is for families to fill out if they need their student to be transported TO / FROM an alternate address. The form will be sent to the Transportation Department and reviewed. Once the information has been processed, the family will receive an email with transportation information.
Bus Stop Change Request – Click here
This form is for families to fill out if they have a concern about their assigned bus stop. The Transportation Department will review the request and compare it against the districts routing criteria. The family will receive an email with the decision within 2 to 4 student contact days.
