Bids for St. Louis Park High School Additions/Renovations and Track & Field Reconstruction

St. Louis Park Public Schools, Independent School District 283, is soliciting bids for the St. Louis Park High School Additions/Renovations and Track & Field Reconstruction.  Sealed bids will be received in person at Saint Louis Park Schools, 6311 Wayzata Boulevard, Saint Louis Park, Minnesota 55416 until 2 p.m. CST on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the St. Louis Park High School, 6425 West 33rd. Street, Saint Louis Park, MN 55426 on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023 at 7 a.m. CST in the high school main lobby.

The project consists of an addition to and the renovation of the existing high school. The scope includes an addition for an expanded cafeteria and kitchen, new fitness and weight rooms, a new entry canopy, the renovation of the office/counseling suite, parking lot improvements, a storm water retention system and the reconstruction of the track and field facilities.
