Strategic Plan

The Future of St. Louis Park Public Schools

St. Louis Park Public Schools sees, inspires and empowers each learner to live their brilliance. As our world continues to evolve, our roadmap to enhance the lives of our students, staff and community members needs to evolve too.

We are proud to announce that St. Louis Park Public Schools is creating a new strategic plan that will launch in 2025. The new strategic plan is being created by SLP students, staff, families and community members who are part of our focus groups, community conversations, and planning meetings.

Our strategic planning process is a commitment to building an environment that centers student voice and experience, ensuring that every decision reflects our dedication to racially equitable learning. We are excited to see our new plan come to life!

More Information on the Process

Our 2020-25 Strategic Plan for Racial Equity Transformation was a labor of love and born out of the desire to create a better tomorrow for all learners in SLP that is not predictable by Race.

While this plan was created by district administration, the 2025-30 plan will be co-partnered with PINK Consulting, who will support the creation of the plan. In this partnership with PINK, we aim to create a third-party perspective, free from unintentional bias that can arise from internal perspectives. PINK and SLP work together throughout the process, with PINK leading, assessing, collecting and presenting the data, and SLP coordinating student and staff schedules, as well as events and focus groups.
