Thank you to everyone who provided feedback to select a principal for Susan Lindgren Elementary School. After a comprehensive selection process, we are pleased to announce that Becca Bang has been selected to serve as principal of Susan Lindgren Elementary School. 

Bang is an experienced elementary teacher and brings a blend of instructional expertise, data-driven decision-making, and a deep commitment to equity. She has served as an instructional coach, interventionist, and school administrator, most recently serving as the assistant principal of Northfield High School.

“Throughout my career, I have prioritized strong relationships, student voice, and equitable access to academic and social-emotional supports – all of which align with the district’s mission and core values,” she shared.

Bang is committed to providing a high quality education to each student, and she has a wealth of experience in K-12 education. She received a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University and her Administrative License from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
