Technology/Information Services

  • The Technology/Information Services Department provides support for all technology systems in the St. Louis Park Public schools systems. The support encompasses all computer networks, servers, applications, telephone, voicemail, internet, security access, security video and security badging.
     
    St. Louis Park Schools employees can access support services through the following options:
     
    help desk   When on the St. Louis Park Schools network, click here.
    When outside the school district's network, you can send an email using your
    St. Louis Park Schools email account to: helpdeskticket@slpschools.org
     
    Helpdesk Phone (internal) -  For more urgent issues, please call the help desk phone line at extension 6080 or 928-6080 offsite.
     
    Web Help Desk tickets and calls to the help desk phone line are monitored during normal business hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

    Support requests are handled by our dedicated team of support specialists.
