We are interested in candidates who are diverse, bilingual, or have experience working with diverse populations.

Studies have shown that women and People of Color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every one of the qualifications as described in a job description. We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may be one who comes from a less traditional background. We would encourage you to apply, even if you don’t believe you meet every one of our qualifications described.

Kodachrome HS Winter Play 2025

Kodachrome, is January 16-18, 2025, and is a one-act play by Adam Szymkowicz. The play is a modern take on Thornton Wilder’s Out Town. Told through the lens of the town photographer, Kodachrome provides snapshots into the lives and loves of its residents. These interwoven moments celebrate nostalgia and teach us when it’s time to say goodbye.

Collaborative Action for Research Equity

At St. Louis Park Public Schools, work is underway to amplify student voice throughout the learning process. Through a collaborative approach known as CARE (Collaborative Action Research for Equity), educators explore the question, “What do students think about what we are teaching?” The information is used to center their instruction on student experiences, fostering engagement, and building equity in the classroom.
