her time at Maple Lake, she was a 9x All-Conference selection in Volleyball,
Basketball, and Softball and a Captain for 2 years in each sport. During her

Becca grew up in Madrid, Iowa, where she was a multi-sport athlete throughout high school—competing in volleyball, softball, and track, earning varsity letters and honors in each. She was proud to serve as Co-Captain of her high school volleyball team, where she first discovered her passion for leadership and team development. Since then, she's coached youth volleyball and various sports through a Des Moines-based non-profit and continued to stay active in the game by playing adult volleyball leagues throughout college and beyond. Volleyball has been a lifelong love of hers, and she's especially passionate about helping young women build confidence, teamwork, and skills they can carry with them beyond the court. When she's not coaching, you can usually find her hiking, biking, cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones, or exploring a new lake!
