Technology

The Technology/Information Services Department provides support for all technology systems in the St. Louis Park Public schools systems. The support encompasses all digital learning devices, computer networks, servers, applications, telephone, voicemail, internet, security access, security video.

St. Louis Park Schools employees can access support services (Normal business hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday) through the following options:

  • One to One Plus (preferred) - Submit a request in One to One Plus - accessible anywhere, click here.

  • You can also send an email using your St. Louis Park Schools Gmail account to: 121pticket@slpschools.org

  • Phone -  For urgent issues, please call 952-928-6080. Leave a detailed message including a call back number and a support team member will reach out to you.
