Partnerships

1. Submit Interest Form
   • Complete the District Community Partner Inquiry Form through InformedK12. All requests are reviewed to determine their fit for partnership.
2. Initial Review and Vetting
   • The District reviews submission and invites the potential partner to an exploration conversation to discuss the program, goals and readiness. 
3. School and District Review
   • Leadership evaluates potential partner aligment with school and student needs. Partnerships must be approved at both the school and district level.
4. Partnership Planning
   • If approved, partners engage in a planning conversatio to define structures, outcomes, and responsibilities. A formal contract or memorandum of understanding (MOU) is developed.
5. Onboarding and Launch
   • Once a contract is executed and all requirements are complete, partners are onboarded and services begin, including ongoing collaboration to ensure impact.

St. Louis Park Public Schools defines Community Partners as organizations that:

• A current, legally recognized entity, such as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, LLC, educational agency, or other formal organization.
• Offers ongoing programming that takes place during the school day, during out-of-school time/after school, or during school breaks
• Offers programming in collaboration with the District (not a leaseholder)
• Offers programs that take place on SLP School District property
• Serves multiple students (not an individual service provider)
• Strategically aligned with district priorities and/or needs of individual schools
