Getting Started with PowerSchool

St. Louis Park Public Schools provides many of our communications electronically. Many of our systems rely on - and can be accessed through - the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
PowerSchool App not synching? PowerSchool Mobile App needs to be on version 22.5.x or higher. PowerSchool Mobile App versions older than 22.5.x will generate an error when attempting to connect to PowerSchool.
Other Step-By-Step Solutions
• Uninstall the app and then restart your phone.
• Re-install the app by downloading the app from the App Store/Google Play Store.
• Once the app is installed open the app and it should land in the page which asks for the District Code.
• Do not enter the District Code, rather click on the link “Where is my district code?” below the District Code.
If you already have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, you DO NOT need a new one. All student, parent/guardian, and family information entered last year will be forwarded to this school year. BEGINNING MONDAY, AUGUST 30 you can review and update the information (if needed) as requested in the Required Forms Mailing.
Letters were mailed on August 27 to all students and parents/guardians who NEED TO CREATE a PowerSchool Parent Portal account. Parents/Guardians with a kindergarten student, those who are NEW to St. Louis Park Public Schools, and returning families who have not created an account previously will receive a letter with instructions and access information.
